WordPress is a commonly used tool for developing websites for your courses and scholarly projects. Wordpress makes it easy to
- create pages and edit content for your site
- customize the look of your page with various themes
- customize your site with a variety of plugins for almost any need (e.g., slideshows, events calendars, picture galleries, maps, …)
Many faculty use WordPress for their course sites and for research projects, e.g., German 349: Digital Goethe and the Ancient Graffiti Project.
